A few days ago I was at school wearing a sweater over a plaid button down, skinny jeans, boots and pearl studs, I liked my look and was feeling preppy.
Someone complimented me on my outfit (GIVE ME ALL THE FEELS!) so I thought why not put together a little preppy essentials post.

I personally love blazers and think I should own more. They add a classy and elegant vibe to any outfit. Plus wear a blazer with torn jeans and a grungy shirt for a style juxtaposition! These blazers are super cute.
I have a Ralph Lauren rugby shirt with the big logo and the wide stripes and the pink lining that I got yeeeeeears ago and I refuse to give it away/to charity. I have been known to squeeze into it once in a while ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Here are some other awesome apparel.

So my church/middle, elementary and primary school is Scottish therefore I practically grew up with plaid items. Anything plaid could be considered a ‘prep’ item like these items below.
