Facebook groups are seriously the best. When I started blogging I wasn’t getting ANY comments/engagement and I wondered how other bloggers did. Was the stuff I was writing horrible? Well yes and no- there’s A LOT that I wasn’t doing right, but for now I’ll talk about FB groups. 7 Facebook groups to join!

Without further ado, here are my favorite FB groups:

1. Millennial Blogger Network– I love this group because most to all of the members are my age, post things that are related to what I go through and it’s small so reciprocating comments and likes is not hard. This was the first blogging group I joined so it will probably always be a favorite.

2. Show Your Blog Love– They just featured me! Thanks for that guys! This group is kinda strict- you must be active, remove previews on your blog posts within an hour and the admins won’t hesitate to call you out for not following the rules, but I don’t blame them at all! I’ve made some great relationships through this network.

3. InfluenceHer Collective–  I think this one is like MBN and SYBL combined! They have daily posts, social media, and collaborative threads. They also have tons of members so asking for advice is quickly answered/diverse.

4. Grow Your Blog– This group is HUGE and they have tons of different threads (daily posts, IG likes/comments, click throughs, specific Pinterest themed re-pins etc.) The only problem I have is finding a certain thread.

5. Blogging 101– Not only does this group offer threads there are TONS of blogging tips and how-tos. Plus Nicole Floss is always available if you have a question.

6. Rising Tide Society– This group is aimed toward photographers (wedding mainly), but they do have blog and social media threads.

7. The Blog Squad– MY GROUP! It was set to private with only subscribers able to join, but that’s not working out so I changed the privacy settings to closed! That means that it’s searchable and anyone can join. But, I’m taking a page out of SYBL’s book and doing a monthly member audit. Join now!

  • Facebook blogging groups are seriously the best. I’m in a few of these but have been looking for more. Thank you for listing these out!!

    • I’m totally looking for some also!

  • Eventhought I’m a millenial, I’m at the upper end and I always feel like a Granny when I’m chatting to younger millenials.. I like the SYBL group and that’s where I’ve come from to comment on this 🙂 I had trouble with private groups too but I just ask the question “what email address did you use to subscribe to the newsletter” and search in ConvertKit before adding someone 🙂 pain in the butt, but it works

  • FB blogger groups are the best! I keep hearing about that first one – I need to check it out!

  • thesophiadiaries

I’ve joined most of them hahaha I totally agree with your list tho!! MBN is the best! I love how it keeps everyone accountable… <3

  • Thanks for sharing on these groups! They’ve been really helpful in keeping me accountable on blogging, too!

  • Mallory Middleton

These are all fantastic suggestions- thank you so much for sharing! I’ve participated in a few but I can’t wait to check out the others. I am the same way as you used to be- wondering why I get no traffic but it’s because I haven’t connected. I’m slowly figuring it out thanks to helpful articles like this!

    • Haha I was so confused when I first started! It’s all about networking.

  • these are all great suggestions! congrats on your feature in sybl!

  • So many great groups, especially MBN but I’m biased 😉

  • Sydney Power

These are awesome groups!! I love MBN!!!

  • I am actually in almost all of those groups! I love RTS as my main one (more for entrepreneurial reasons), but my new love is probably the MBN or Boost Your Blog. I wish IFC was a little bit better like it used to be! Other than that great suggestions and congrats on your feature!

    • I came to IFC a little late in the game, but MBN and RTS are long time favorites.

  • I’m surprisingly in most of these! Some I recently joined (like yours!), and I love different things about all of them!

    • Thanks for joining! We need more active members haha.

  • Facebook groups can be such a great resource for bloggers. I’m in a few of the ones you featured, I’m happy I discovered your biog through the Millennial Blogger Network (: <3

    • Aww thanks girl! Glad I found yours also. 🙂
