As you might’ve read in my goals revisited post, I want to read 20 books this year and I’ve only gotten 6 so far. I seriously thought I’ve read more than that… anyway these are on my fall reading list.

1. Rich People Problems by Kevin Kwan

I wanted to read this during the summer, but I didn’t get around to it. If you’ve read #1 and #2 in the series, you’ll understand my excitement! This series is just so funny- and relatable to me (not the extravagantly rich part, but the crazy Asian parts!).

P.S. the movie is coming together!

2. Cherringham episodes 7-9 by Matthew Costello and Neil Richards

Okay, so I binged listened to episodes 1-3 in CA then finished 4-6 here. It’s yet another British murder mystery (shocker) about a former American detective and a freshly divorced mother of two. This odd crime fighting duo works and makes a great whodunnit.

3. The Lying Game by Ruth Ware

I’m in the middle of ‘The Woman in Cabin 10’ and I’m loving it so far so her next venture should be just as good. From the synopsis I read it’s like PLL meets Agatha Christie meets Gone Girl-so excited!

4. Final Girls by Riley Sager

This book has been EVERYWHERE! So I gave into peer pressure (and the reviews hooked me) and added it to my Amazon wishlist. It’s about the ‘Final Girls’- the sole survivors of horrible crimes. I seriously can’t wait to read this one.

5. The Perfectionists by Sara Shepard

From the author of PLL comes yet another story about 5 ‘perfect’ girls, a mysterious murder and an anonymous killer that seems to be stalking them.

6. The Thousandth Floor by Katherine McGee

It’s NYC 2118 and there’s an apartment building 1,000 floors high filled with interesting characters, flawed but seemingly perfect individuals and what else but mysteries.

7. The Heirs by Susan Rieger

Talk about a family with issues. The patriarch of a elite Manhattan family dies leaving a ‘too cool’ widow, 5 confused brothers and an unknown woman suing the estate claiming her sons are ‘by him’.

What books are on your fall reading list?

P.S. can you guess my favorite genre? 😉
