Monthly Recap

I GOT A NEW COMPUTER! More on that later. My godmother came to visit from Las Vegas and a friend from Houston came to visit. His trip was eventful- thanks to the hurricane, his first plane was cancelled then his return flight was delayed, cancelled, then rescheduled. School is now up and going and my series on Step Up magazine is now running. It’s about millennials defying stereotypes- are you one? Fill out this form and if chosen I’ll interview you then write an article. Read this post and this post to see examples of what I mean.

I also finished ‘The Woman in Cabin 10’! It was gripping, suspenseful, and hard to believe… I wanted to punch the main character in the face and at the same time I wanted to hug her. I don’t dare to give anything way I’ll just say that I wish a certain character was given more attention. Cruises are not tempting right now… (P.S. right after I finished the book, I saw an ad for a cruise to see the Northern Lights… #HELLNO).

My Latest Obsession

Did I mention that I got a new computer? I’m completely obsessed! Here is the model I got. And thanks to the student deal I got, I also got these for free. Um… #winning! I upgraded from a 13 inch to a 15, added more storage (thanks blogging) and of course it’s a lot faster. Which means I can run Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom without frustration. #winning again. The headphones are special edition rose gold Beatsยฎ and are seriously the best. Not only do I use them for music and podcasts, they make a great photo prop (again, thanks blogging!)
